Colby Fox B Kin, CAT (C)
Registered Athletic Therapist and Osteopathy Student

Colby started her education with her bachelor of Kinesiology and advanced diploma in Athletic Therapy. From there she went on to work with athletes in many different sports such as hockey, rugby, volleyball, wrestling, basketball, lacrosse and football.
Sports performance has always been an area of interest for Colby, she uses a whole body approach focusing on manual treatment, mobility work and corrective exercises to best help her clients. Athletes come in all shapes and sizes, whether you are a national level athlete, a weekend warrior, someone just starting out with exercise or anyone in between. No matter what your age, activity level or the injury you have, Colby will help you understand what is going on with your body and work with you to bring you back to your best performance, or your pain free life.
Currently Colby is attending the Canadian College of Osteopathy to deepen her knowledge on the whole body so she can better help her clients. Through the lends of Osteopathy Colby has become more focused on finding the causes and relationships in the body that create pain so she can best help the body to express its health.
With the addition of the ongoing Osteopathy education to her current skills she learned through Athletic therapy, she looks forward to treating people dealing with any injury or problem. She has a particular interest in treating Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues, headaches, neck pain and low back pain.
